The SCHRA Human Resources Department works with the Executive Director, Policy Counsel, and the HS/EHS Policy Counsel in developing and maintaining agency employment policies in compliance with state and federal guidelines and laws.

Services provided are recruitment, compensation consultation, compensation plan development, employee development/training, employee benefit plans, performance management, coaching, diversity monitoring/training, complaint resolution, and much more.
